For a relatively unknown &/or mid/small cap company, more details about the company should be included. You can talk about the company’s products/services, its customers, suppliers, promoters, competitive advantages, the industry in which the company operates, etc.

Current or Upcoming Catalyst/s
Describe the current or upcoming catalyst/s that you expect will influence the company, either positively, negatively, or have little to no impact. Ideally, this section should be the largest section of your article with well-thought-out reasoning, examples, and illustrations.
Note: Always include the sources for the information you are providing in the article. If possible, provide a hyperlink to the source.
Valuation
Present your valuation analysis of the company.
Note: Unless you are a SEBI registered Investment Advisor who plans to mention their SEBI registration number at the end of the article, do not give financial advice. Do not advise readers to Buy, Sell or Hold the stock. No direct or indirect financial advice should be given. You should focus only on providing your analysis of the company &/or the stock.
Risks
Mention the risks facing the company or to the catalysts you mentioned in the article. These can be a few bullet points or you can explain them in detail.
Conclusion
Provide a conclusion for your article.
Note: Unless you are a SEBI registered Investment Advisor who plans to mention their SEBI registration number at the end of the article, do not give financial advice. Do not advise readers to Buy, Sell/short or Hold the stock. No direct or indirect financial advice should be given. You should focus only on providing your analysis of the company &/or the stock.
